Vacancy : 02 Job Responsibilities : Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshoot and deploy applications (not limited to Python, Java). Ensure system uptime and stability of production applications. Manage and escalate unresolved issues within the deadline. Create documentation/manuals for technical issues. Deploy and maintain Windows/Linux systems and network hardware Employment Status: Full-time Educational Requirements : Diploma or Bachelor’s in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE or related fields. Experience Requirements : Training such as CCNA, RedHat, DBA or CEH will be given preference. Experience of 6 months in IT/customer support is an advantage (Freshers encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of networking (IP, routing), hardware components and system design concepts. Additional Requirements : Excellent critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communications skills both in English and Bangla (oral and written) Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
