Divine IT’s COVID-19 response
As COVID-19 continues to expand, Divine IT Limited would like to communicate their commitment through business and security to its customers and health and safety to its employees.
Our offices remain closed as we strongly encourage our employees to work from home thus most are doing so except our Chittagong team which is largely related to the security service we provide to the port.
From March we have started to focus on our online presence by providing online demonstrations to our valuable clients instead of physical meetings, online meetings, in-house team meetings and in-house team assessment and knowledge sharing sessions. We have overcome the transition towards creating a work-efficient environment at home successfully and now we are ready to serve you at any hour to keep you moving forward.
Maintaining support (New Addition of Support Tools)
In addition to Divine IT's existing Support packages, we have introduced support services to avoid physical visits to our customer house. Our support team is operating remotely, in case of emergency where on-site response is needed, Divine IT support team has designed a special support service through online which is being provided by a designated team member for each case.
The service will include assistance via video call and screen sharing options using:

For other cases, response to tickets are handled via telephone or support ticketing system.
Alternative Implementation / Training Mode
We are serving implementation services to our customers via Online Piloting and Delivery method instead of CRP (Conference Room Piloting) & Onsite Training. The implementation of projects requires the same time duration stated and agreed by both parties initially, regardless of the mode of implementation.
Development Updates and Version Updates
Divine IT ‘s flagship product PrismERP has been upgraded to its latest version of its architectural platform. PrismERP 5 will now be served to the customers with its new core functionalities. Along with the version upgrade, PrismERP upgraded its modules such as Project Management, Task Management, Customer Relationship module and Analytics.
Divine IT’s VAT management system PrismVAT has been upgraded to meet the demands of the growing VAT clients making it the most robust and secured VAT management system in the industry. PrismVAT has been updated to version 2.0 and will be served to its customer with its updated functionalities.
