Mr. Iqbal Ahmed Fakhrul Hasan is the Founder and CEO of Divine IT Limited. Known for his aptitudeness in technology and an amplifier of human potential combined with his passion for applying technology in purposeful ways to address some of the biggest challenges of the information technology industry.

He has completed his graduation in Computer Science & Engineering. He began his career working on numerous complex technological areas such as network administration & simulation, system design, planning & establishment, enterprise business operating system, cyber security etc.

For the last 27 years, he is proliferating his great knowledge and business acumen to strengthen the IT industry of Bangladesh. His remarkable talent of handling complex technological projects as well as organizational administration made him a successful person in the IT industry.

He is one of the CDCP, CDCS and CTDC professional in Bangladesh. His specialization in the most critical technical domain helping the IT industry of Bangladesh to achieve milestones and encouraged them to create something on their own and changing the stereotypical ways of work.

With Divine IT Limited, Mr. Iqbal Ahmed started a journey where he can invent, create, teach, build and give life to his thoughts which not only drives value for clients and the entire organization, but extends outside the company as well. He always emphasizes on delivering timeless services to customers, a framework which articulates the principles of renewing existing processes and landscapes without disruption to customer environments.

Mohammad Nazrul Islam is the Executive President of Divine IT Limited. He graduated in Business Administration. His capability in international marketing especially in the telecom industry helping Divine IT to expand its wings in a more furnished manner. Through his business diversity and enthusiasm he became an icon for others in the worldwide telecom sector.

He has more than 16+ years business experience in the diversified IT business. He has worked in the telecommunication industry for more than a decade and is a well-recognized figure in the European mobile market with a particular focus on voice solutions. He has been closely involved in both commercial and solution design in the field of mobile.

He engaged with Divine IT to develop the extensive telecom product line. He brings a genuine passion for building valuable long-term relationships with Divine IT clients, partners and colleagues to achieve mutual goals and deliver on promises. His contributions to Divine IT ranged from quality assurance testing to complete support service solutions. His main expertise lies in optimizing and implementing scalable applications and databases within heterogeneous environments. He was one of the core engineers to migrate customer environments onto cloud-based providers.

Mrs. Shamima Ferdousi is the Chairman of Divine IT Limited. She has completed her post-graduation on Microbiological Science and started her career as a veterinary surgeon and microbiologist as well as served productively and vigorously in SLDP (SmallHolder Livestock Development Project).

She has the capability to design, plan and share ideas about livelihood and livestock software management systems. She has the aptitude to recognize the value and responsibility of working in a team, actively supports and develops team members, quick to identify problems and solve any issue.

She is an expert in organizational effectiveness, recognized consensus-builder among diverse groups, and inspires individuals to solve problems in innovative ways. Her sharp strategic thinking process makes her an effective executive coach. She facilitates management and staff collaboration to achieve business goals.

Mr. Syed Zubair Hossain is one of the director and core software engineer in Divine IT Limited. He is the Co-founder and core developer of Divine IT Limited’s MVC based framework. He has completed his post-graduation in Computer Science & Engineering and established himself as a genius programmer and professional in Bangladesh.

He participated in several regional and international programming contests since 2000 and achieved higher places in those competitions. He started his job in a Software Company as a Project Manager and he successfully completed several projects.

Mr. Syed Zubair Hossain has 15+ years experience in software development, requirements definition, implementation, data migration and delivery of software systems. He has a wide range of expertise in both telecommunications and IT based systems such as conceptualizing, designing and coding technical solutions, web 2.0 solutions, developing web services, OOAD architecture and modeling and designing artifacts to satisfy complex business problem statements and also has strong knowledge in technical pre-sales, business analysis, and solution design. He is also a master in analytical excellence and communication skills in order to work with skilled team members, technical and business leaders.

Mr. A K M Ashraf Uddin, is the Director & DMD of Divine IT Limited. He has completed Electronics Engineering and MBA from the University of Greenwich, UK. He has 24+ years of experience in the IT industry both nationally and internationally.

He is a master in business strategy and planning and business operation. With his multicultural business knowledge, he helped Divine IT Limited to be notable to others in Bangladesh. He has previously driven a range of initiatives involving the development and deployment of advanced technologies and solutions in the UK. He has comprehensive knowledge and experience in ERP, telecommunications, billing and payment solutions.

He spent much time working with Divine IT Limited creating and launching different modules of PrismERP since 2007. Under his supervision PrismERP has been implemented so far in 25 industries in the last 10 years in more than 250 accounts. Mr. Ashraf has lead and implemented the largest Energy Sector ERP in Bangladesh for Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Companies Limited. Mr. Ashraf has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of the Divine IT offerings. He looked after the continuous renewal of key processes, systems and policies across the company in client relationship management, sales effectiveness, delivery excellence, quality, talent management and leadership development.

Md Imam Hossain, Director-Finance of Divine IT Limited is incredibly knowledgeable in core financing across a variety of industries. He has more than 34 years of work experience in the corporate sector, in Banking & IT Sector.

over his lengthy career, he has had a huge influence in financing. He assists the organization in achieving its business goals by contributing his invaluable advice and direction on financial strategy.

Prior to the new role at Divine IT, Mr. Imam served at "National Bank Limited'' for about 32 years. He held a number of senior posts in branch banking including Head of the branch. He participated in many professional trainings, workshops, and seminars on GBD, Loan & Advances, CRG, ICAAP, Factoring, Leasing, & Venture Financing, Implementation of Basel 1 to 111, Anti Money Laundering Act, Floating Exchange Rate, Implementation of Core Banking Solution, Financing the Growing Business, Computer Basic & Working in Windows Environment at home (NBTI, BIBM, PBTI and ICBTI). He has been working at Divine IT Limited since October-2020. He is trying to accelerate the business growth of the company, help them to innovate, unlock efficiencies and become more effective.
