Dhaka Stock Exchange Chooses Divine IT Limited for PrismERP Implementation

Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) has selected Divine IT Limited to supply, install, integrate, implement, and provide training and support for PrismERP, a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution designed to drive efficiency, transparency, and automation across all major operational areas.

This collaboration highlights Divine IT Limited as a leading ERP solution provider in Bangladesh, delivering advanced business automation and digital transformation tools for large-scale organizations.

Under this project, PrismERP will automate DSE’s business functions through the following modules:

• Asset Management
• Budget & Budgetary Control
• Procurement (P2P)
• Store Management Module
• Treasury Management Module
• Vehicle Management Module
• Payroll & HR Module

The project Kick-off ceremony was attended by the management & senior officials from DSE, including Mohammad Asadur Rahman, FCS, COO & Managing Director (Acting), Md. Samiul Islam, General Manager & Chief Financial Officer (Acting), Md. Tariqul Islam, General Manager of the ICT Division, and Mohammad Shafiqul Islam Bhuiyan, FCS, DGM & Chief Regulatory Officer (Acting), along with the ERP Implementation and Steering Teams.

Representing Divine IT Limited, Iqbal Ahmed F. Hasan (Russell), MD & CEO, Md. Asfaqur Rahman, VP, Business Analysis, Anupam Roy, AVP of Business Analysis,Tariq Mohammad Saifuddin, AVP of PrismERP BA, Imam Hossain, Manager of Business Development, and the technical project team were present to mark the collaboration.

The PrismERP implementation at DSE strengthens administrative, financial, and HR management capabilities, setting a new benchmark for enterprise automation in Bangladesh.
