Annual General Meeting 2020

With a view to contemplating the ups and downs for the current precarious year, Divine IT Limited conducted its Annual General Meeting on 22nd December, 2020. The Annual Meeting was presided over by the Honorable Founding Managing Director and CEO of the company, Iqbal Ahmed Fakhrul Hasan. The meeting was graced by the honorable presence of the entire management team of Divine IT along with the Board of Directors. The day-long meeting commenced with Quran Recitation and an introductory speech by the CEO. This was followed by department and team wise group presentations highlighting the milestones, challenges that each team faced this year, particularly emphasizing the global pandemic caused by the infamous Covid-19. The presentation by the Sales, Branding and Marketing team consisted of the milestones achieved this year despite the challenges of on-site business meetings during the pandemic and recommendations for the upcoming year. Similarly, the Business Analysis, PrismERP-P Series, PrismERP J-Series, Web & E-Commerce, Deployment & System Administration Teams all presented their end of the milestones, challenges for this year along with the recommendations for the upcoming year in taking the company to a higher stepping stone of success. A newly developed application a.k.a PrismERP C-Series was launched this year and a presentation was made on the know-how of this application as well as how it can be developed further. The meeting ended on quite a positive note with hopeful and inspiring words from the management.
