PrismERP entrusted for business automation by Uttara Motors Limited

After plenty of other successful PrismERP implementations and the successful implementation of Uttara Services Limited , Divine IT Limited will now collaborate with another automobile industry leader of Bangladesh, Uttara Motors Limited. Uttara Motors Limited (UML) was established in 1972, a flag bearing entity of Uttara Group of Companies (UGC). This leading automobile’s industry is engaged in the sales and marketing of different brands of automobiles throughout the country via its nationwide sales, service network. In Bangladesh, UML held a model workshop on Bajaj two-wheeler motorcycles. Bajaj is also a well-known motorbike manufacturer in India and UML is the sole Bajaj dealer in Bangladesh. The owner of the motorbike who arrived at the workshop was trained by UML engineers on appropriate vehicle care. 

UML maintains its own branches and workshops in 15 cities throughout Bangladesh with the purpose of higher customer satisfaction whereas PrismERP makes the relationship stronger between customer and vendors. UML may simply categorize the Bike category, Sub-category, Model and Barcode/QRcode using the Product Master module. For better management, the Serial module will record the unique code of each Engine and Chassis. UML wishes to connect android mobile apps with PrismERP to handle Dealer/Factory stocks,  Free service management, Post Delivery Inspection and ensure Customer Satisfaction by the CSI using a complete ERP system.
